As Bush becomes more and more isolated from the real world, he only talks to and sees people who tell him what he wants to hear. He lives in his own little bubble, seeing what he wants to see, hearing what he wants to hear. All the while his actions are killing and maiming tens of thousands of our sons and daughters, crippling the Military for years to come because of his irresponsible actions.
$500,000: The amount the war in Iraq costs per minute, according to a new analysis by Nobel Prize-winning economist Joseph Stiglitz and Harvard’s Linda Bilmes, put out by the American Friends Service Committee. The study finds that this $720 million a day could buy homes for 6,500 families or health care for 423,529 children.
